We provide headshot services for teams of any size, with a focus on accommodating groups ranging from 5 to 20 individuals. These sessions can be held either in our studio or at a location of your choice. Our offerings include both individual portraits and group/team photos. Moreover, we cater to larger companies with staff sizes ranging from 50 to 100 employees or more, facilitating headshot days as per their requirements. Whether it's for mandatory company headshots or a special perk for employees/agents, we guide you through the process, offering creative ideas. One popular suggestion is organizing a 'LinkedIn Photo Day,' allowing employees to opt for professional headshots at their convenience. This initiative not only enhances their social media presence but also reflects positively on the company's image, showcasing the professionalism and quality it stands for.
Team and Staff Session A - $1,200
This package is suited for a team up to 10 members who need individual headshots as well as team photos. Studio or on-location. No candids.
INCLUDES:
- Up to 90 minute session in studio or on location.
- Headshots in studio OR on location using the work environment as background (no backdrop provided), up to 10 headshots (or less).
- Group/Team portraits (optional).
- Editing.
- Travel fees up to 20 miles from 15601, additional mileage $2/mile.
- Copyright license of choice based on usage.
Team & Staff Session B - $1,600
This package is suited for companies with a team up to 10 people, who need individual
headshots as well as team photos, and a small collection of candid shots.
INCLUDED:
- Up to two hours (or less) of shooting on location or in-studio
- “Creative headshots” (ie: at desk, in office, around the building) OR traditional headshots
using the environment as background (no backdrop provided), up to 8 headshots total
- Group/Team portraits (optional)
- Editing.
- Travel fees up to 20 miles from 15601, additional mileage $2/mile.
- A small collection of candid photos (i.e. a pharmacist filling a bottle, realtor on the phone, hair stylist styling hair, etc.)
- Copyright license of choice based on usage.
Team & Staff Session C - $1,800
This package is well suited for a larger team who all need headshots, as well as a group photo.
INCLUDES:
- Up to 3 hours of shooting in studio OR on location, or less.
- Headshots in studio with backdrop OR on location, up to 20 headshots total.
- Backdrop provided for on-location if desired.
- Group/Team portraits, using client’s environment for background (optional).
- Editing.
- Travel fees up to 20 miles from 15601, additional mileage $2/mile.
- Copyright license of choice based on usage.
Team and Staff Session D - $2,800
This package is suited for a team of 6 or less people, individual headshots as well as team
photos, and large collection of candid marketing images.
INCLUDES:
- Up to three hours of shooting on location, with one 15 min break midway.
- “Creative headshots” (ie: at desk, in office, around the building) OR traditional headshots
using the environment as background (no backdrop provided), up to 6 team members
total with multiple outfits each.
- Group/Team portraits (optional)
- Editing
- Travel fees up to 20 miles from 15601, additional mileage $2/mile.
- Copyright license of choice based on usage.
- A large collection of candid marketing images showing your company in action, product
shots (if applicable), service display photos, and building/room photos. These are usable for website, marketing pieces, and a large
library of “stock” images of your own business for all marketing needs.
Team & Staff Session E - inquire for pricing
This package is well suited for a large team who all need headshots, as well as a group photo. This is a custom package for your team. Depending on amount of staff, studio or on-location headshots, etc., we'll build a package for you.
